Please allow 1-2 business days for order to process. Once processed, Ready to ship orders ship within 1-2 business days, Lace ventilation orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Confirmation email will be sent out with tracking information to the email provided at checkout.

Where to Send Your Unit:

After booking your Lace Ventilation Service, please do not ship your unit or lace until you receive your shipping instructions from Rogue Collections. Within 1–2 business days of booking, you will receive an email containing: The shipping address for your service Instructions for preparing and packaging your unit/lace Any additional information needed before sending your item When preparing your shipment, please make sure your unit or lace is clean, dry, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your package has been delivered, please allow 2-3 weeks to complete your order and ship. You will receive additional communication regarding your service as needed.
