Custom Unit Orders

All custom units are made to order and require full payment before production begins.
   •    Processing Time: 2–3 business days
          •    Construction Time: 14–21 business days
                                          •    Total Turnaround: Please allow up to 21 business days for    your unit to be processed, constructed, and prepared for shipment.

We recommend placing custom orders at least 3 weeks in advance if needed for a specific date.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via USPS.

A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the package is received safely.

Expedited Custom Units

We offer an expedited service for customers needing their unit sooner.

  •    Expedited Fee: $100
                                                •    Once full payment is received and hair is available, your unit will be constructed the same day.
                                                 •    Shipped the following day via USPS Next Day Shipping

You must email with your order number for payment applied to your order.

Sizing Policy

Please ensure the correct head size is selected when placing your order.

If an incorrect size is not corrected within 24-48 hours of purchase, a
$100 resizing fee will be required if order is shipped.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued, the package is in the care of USPS.

We are not responsible for:
    •    Lost packages
    •    Stolen packages
    •    Delayed deliveries
    •    Shipping damage

For any of these issues, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:
    •    Customs duties
    •    Import taxes
    •    Border fees required by their country

If you would like to add additional shipping protection, please contact us immediately after placing your order so this can be arranged.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Errors

Due to the custom nature of our products, all wig orders are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions are only made if:
    •    You receive the incorrect item due to an error on our part.

To qualify for an exchange under this circumstance:
    •    The product must be unaltered
    •    The lace must be uncut
    •    The item must be in its original condition

Items returned that do not meet these requirements will be declined.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover:
    •    Payment processing fees
    •    Administrative costs
    •    Restocking preparation

After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled as preperations has already begun.
