Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all wig orders are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are only made if: • You receive the incorrect item due to an error on our part. To qualify for an exchange under this circumstance: • The product must be unaltered • The lace must be uncut • The item must be in its original condition Items returned that do not meet these requirements will be declined.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued, the package is in the care of USPS. We are not responsible for: • Lost packages • Stolen packages • Delayed deliveries • Shipping damage For any of these issues, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.
